The Election Committee’s main purpose is to oversee the annual election of new board
members. The Election Committee attends the Annual Meeting of the Members in January
each year and at that meeting verifies voter eligibility, opens and counts the election ballots,
and announces the winners. The Election Committee is also called to count any special
membership votes.
